Orloff described herself as an “empath”. Just about says it all. When she was young she was a hippy and slept in her jeans and had psychic visions and then became a psychiatrist and healed people all over the place.

Not everything mentioned was as juith as I expected, also I found the author talks about herself as if she wrote the book to vent out. I didn’t feel like following her program and lost interest.

Through this book, I realized that I am very sensitive to others’ energies, and that there are exercises that I can do to prevent taking on their energy and becoming negative.
