He cheated on every single one of his relationships including the relationship with his current wife Dena he had three wives. It then goes into his story of salvation, and escape from anger, alcoholism and drug abuse. Let me save you some time: This book is about my favorite bass player and my hero: It seems that he needed us to know exactly how bad he was so we can appreciate the change. Wow, what a terrible book. I am so happy for the change in Fieldy’s life.

About Fieldy Reggie “Fieldy” Arvizu is the bassist for the massively popular nu-metal band Korn, which has sold more than 25 million records worldwide. The book is not necessarily written as a diary or journal, but it very much reads like one. Just a moment while we filedy you in to your Goodreads account. I loved the story of how he found himself and God but it just didn’t connect the same way as I did with Brian “Head” Tje book but I would recomend it is a great story of struggle, starvation, drug addiction and finally recovery.

To any Korn fan’s out there, if you haven’t peeped this book out yet, i recommend that you do so, along with Brian “Head” Welch’s books. I fucking hated this piece of shit but I’m glad that he made the choice to better himself and come clean with the life he had previously lived.

If there is one famous person experiencing “King Baby” syndrome, this was the guy. Aug 15, Mark Noonan rated it it was amazing. I read Head’s book first and recommend they be read in that order. Genuinely don’t know how to Some highlights: Honest and follows the pattern of the typical Rock ‘n’ Roll autobiography. May 11, Jessica rated it liked it. I found Fieldy’s story to be hugely ins I read Head’s book first and recommend they be read in that order. It is lovely to see that God works in people who choose to turn totally away from him.
A nice, very well written literature. I had an opportunity to have Fieldy as a guest yhe my radio show, “Divine Intervention” and to hear him tell his story of faith first hand.
Fieldg ratings by Goodreads. Wouldn’t have expected this be as house-trained as it was. Looking for beautiful books? Recommended for anyone who has listened to Korn or who also likes to read people’s testimonies. The book was very easy to read.
I love reading books from rock musicians, especially ones that become born again believers in Jesus! But by putting the Lord first, with his help we are rewarded with the greatest love you could ever imagine, a better and happier life then could ever accomplished on our own in this world and an eternity in paradise in His presents.

A very good book. I hated Fieldy during the first pages or so of the book due to his mistreatment of every te in his life besides his mother. Fieldy had the life. I guess this dude’s alright since he claims to be sober now. Had some really good insights in the end. When Korn exploded, skyrocketing to the top and fronting the nu-metal phenomenon, Fieldy became a rock star and acted like one–as notorious for his hard-partying, womanizing, drug-abusing, bad-boy behavior as he was for his one-of-a-kind bass lines.
