This book has been one of my best health book finds of the year. The former editor in chief of the French magazine PowerMag, Delavier is currently a journalist for the French magazine Le Monde du Muscle and a contributor to several other muscle publications, including Men’s Health Germany. It is the kind of stuff you find in a lot of exercise books. Given that this a book directed at athletes, the last is understandable, but it would widen the audience of this book if it included a greater diversity of physical types.
