As I understand it, that means some type of interval for 12 minutes, as there’s no way I can swing for 12 minutes straight yet. I have been lifting kettlebells for 6 years and I still cant make it to 12 min. I’m definitely not to that point yet, but working on it.
Does anyone know how to do pumps? Best way to do ETK is following this workbook.

He has you on the PM for four weeks. I find that it takes me almost exactly 15 seconds to do 10 swings. So that I don’t have to think about it, I set rounds in a boxing et, to 2 mins.
The issue I’ve run into is the PM seems to be kind of vague on the swing portion.
