I gave two stars simply because the book does contain valid information on chaga in that it is in agreement with many other soruces that ive seen He goes on about how he meditates, there are pictures of him looking all ‘badass’ harvesting Chaga in his poncho.
One of the images of a mushroom in the book is terribly, blatantly photoshopped! Reading this book felt like I was watching an infomercial on Chaga. Do yourself a favour, skip it mushrloms do your research online. Jan 11, Juliana A rated it really liked it.

I picked up this book after purchasing some chaga. I’ve heard many good things about the mushroom and wanted to learn more. This book has a lot of information packed into it.
There was also a lot of scientific information that was way over my head. But, that did not interfere with the quality of information given. I highly suggest this book if you have any interest in chaga. Mar 29, Alexandra rated it liked it.
