I finished reading it in flat 2 hrs it is a very short book and I badly wept. Years passed and after two years of slogging in a software firm, I ended up taking as much as a whole month to complete a book. Something for My Daughter.

Looking forward for your other releases. Its just a simple read, may be other readers could connect with more stories than I have connected with or I would say I enjoyed.

The whole book is like a collection bubboegums fairy tales, except here, the short stories are more of reality than fiction.

My thoughts on the book: Jul 17, Vaidehi Sharma rated it it was amazing. Preeti is an lovely writer, there is no doubt in that. All her other books are good, especially one of my favorites is ‘Life is what you make it’, simply love that one. I loved the way she is able to pick an everyday incident of her life.

This one, on the contrary, is a very light hearted book. There is so much beauty, so much joy. So, on the whole, I think Preeti rocks!! If you count the editing and look for a better presentation, it falls in expectations a little. Leaving bubbletums – 4 stories, I personally couldn’t connect with any other story.

I was impressed by her recollection of events in her life that had something to convey — happiness, sadness, grief, confusion, doubts, self-realization, etc.

Instead she leaves it for you to debate and find out what is the correct action required n every situation. It will surely bring a lump in dandies throat and it’s quite admirable that the author chooses to deal with the situation positively and also inspires us in the process.
